The three layers of a live-table screen

Explore live-dealer interfaces, information clarity and the difference between a broadcast and the rules of a game.

Separate the information

A live-table interface combines a video feed, interactive controls, and an account record. Looking good in the first layer says little about the other two. For an observation exercise, note whether the screen makes a proposed selection, an accepted wager, and a settled result distinguishable. These are useful questions for a review, not findings about any particular service.

Keep the round identifiable

A visible round reference can help someone connect what they saw with the relevant transaction. Record whether result information remains understandable when the video is small or temporarily unclear. Avoid assuming that a video moment and an account update occurred simultaneously merely because both appear on one screen.

Know what the camera cannot prove

Great Britain's Gambling Commission requires covered live-dealer operations to be fair and independently auditable. Its guidance addresses dealer procedures, supervision, surveillance, and records. A viewer's screen inspection cannot establish compliance with those backstage controls. Keep interface observations separate from any claim that the operation has been independently assessed.
