A frozen picture is incomplete evidence
A video interruption does not, by itself, reveal whether a selection was accepted or how a round was settled. An interface review should therefore examine the wording of error states and the route to transaction history. It should record what information the user can recover without trying to infer an outcome from the last visible frame.
Read the interruption policy
For relevant gambling under its standards, Great Britain's Gambling Commission distinguishes several interruption scenarios. These include an accepted gamble with no further customer influence and a multistage game that may need restoration. The applicable response depends on the state of play; there is no universal rule that every disconnected round is cancelled.
Document without guessing
A useful observation note contains the time, round reference if shown, status message, and corresponding account entry. Mark any inconsistency as unresolved until the operator explains it. This is a documentation method, not a claim that a particular platform lost, accepted, or duplicated a wager.
